Hundreds of people came to Phoenix’s Sky Harbor Airport on January 29th, 2017, to protest Trump’s travel ban. Phoenix Mayor Greg Stanton came out to support the protest and declared the executive order unconstitutional.

20,000 people came to the March on the Capitol in Phoenix, Arizona, and 3 million people participated worldwide. By some measurements the first full day of Trump’s presidency was the beginning of a bigger protest than the Revolutionary War, because the entire population of the United States in 1776 was only 2.5 million.
